One Eastwood Avenue is a two-tower condominium with an all glass exterior located within the Eastwood City in Libis, Quezon City.

Each unit includes the following common features: entrance panel door with a viewer, a provision for telephone and cable TV lines, hot and cold water lines, automatic heat and smoke detection with sprinkler system, individual mailbox with keys, and split type air conditioning.
