One Eastwood Avenue Tower 1

The first tower offers a promising set of amenities to address the needs of every resident – may it be young professionals or families. Everyone will get a motivation to live a healthy and an active lifestyle as One Eastwood Avenue provides sufficient amenities for such activities. On the 7th floor can be found a modern and fully equipped gym wherein residents can work out on one of the treadmills, trampoline, or stationary bikes, or lift weights. The gym is also equipped with mounted LCD screens so gym goers can watch any TV program while doing workouts. It also features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a magnificent view of the City Walk 1 and Central Plaza. Aside from the gym, there is also a yoga and pilates room. Up to the roof deck can be found two air-conditioned badminton courts, which can also be used as function areas for parties and events.

The tower also features sky gardens at the 18th, 28th, and 38th floors. These are beautifully landscaped and each garden offers a spectacular view of the city landscape while lounging on cozy sitting areas. Each garden is three stories high and 73 square meters in size.

Every resident and guest will be welcomed with a relaxed and homey vibe at the stunningly landscaped ground level, which features a wide paved walkway surrounded by palm trees, a retail arcade, a line of restaurants, and specialty shops. Inside the lobby is where everyone will be greeted by an upscale modern look – a showpiece chandelier emphasizing the high ceiling, polished floors with lavish carpets, and luxurious furnishings. Other features on the ground floor include Wi-Fi internet access at the main lobby and amenity grounds, one service elevator and five fast, interior-finished passenger elevators, video phone security system connecting security and reception counter to all units, security command center for 24-hour monitoring, centralized mail room, and CCTV monitoring for selected public areas.

The Eastwood Avenue Tower 2 also features a 20-meter lap pool in which the residents can go for a quick dip any time of the day. Also in the pool area is a pool lounge and a separate male and female changing/ shower rooms. There is also an outdoor lounge open for everyone to enjoy a scenic view of the urban landscape. The tower also holds several function rooms with pre-function areas for social gatherings and events. Families need not go anywhere very far for some family bonding activity since there is a lawn picnic area within the area. There is also a gym to provide the fitness activity needs of the residents, and a male and female spa perfect for after-work relaxation.

Similar to the first tower, the second tower also features sky gardens at different floor levels, specifically on the 16th, 26th, 36th, 47th, and 52nd floors.

One Eastwood Avenue Tower 1 and 2 Shared Amenities

The two towers share an open playground and a playroom for the kids to indulge in and spend fun times with friends and neighbors. The 30-m lap pool is equipped with pool seat jets and provided for beside it is a paved sunbathing lounge and seating area. Kids can also have a fun time under the sun as there also is a kiddie pool or wading pool. There are separate changing and shower rooms for males and females, and an outdoor shower is provided as well. Also included in the amenities are the meditation garden, the reflexology garden, and an outdoor chess area.

Social gathering and public events can be done with ease at the One Eastwood Avenue since there are five function rooms that vary in size available for the residents to make use of. Further, the buildings are equipped with an automatic heat and smoke detection and fire sprinkler system for all units, an annunciator panel with emergency speaker at the elevator lobby, an overhead water tank and an underground cistern for a sufficient water supply, a standby power generator for selected common areas, and a building administration and security office. There are a multi-level basement and a podium parking provided as well.
